These conditions apply to all our maps: printed maps, the digital planning map and the digital maps for mobile devices.
Buying maps and books
Maps and books are bought from our shop. Orders are processed by hand during the day. Digital download links are generally emailed the same day, and printed maps and books are posted within a day or two. If you need your order faster, please use the Contact us form.
- Digital maps: the download link is in your order confirmation email. Each link works twice, within 7 days. If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam folder. Some phones need you to confirm the download.
- Printed maps and books: prices include standard postage anywhere in Australia. Express post isn’t available. If you’re buying more than one map, set or book, please use the Contact us form to ask about combined postage.
- Registered post: optional, at extra cost, so delivery can be tracked and recorded. Choose it at checkout. Lost post will only be replaced if registered post was bought and Australia Post’s tracking has failed.
100% of the revenue from sales contributes to the promotion, management and maintenance of the track.
Refund Policy
Unless received damaged in the post, physical products cannot be refunded or returned as it would not be clear that they have or have not been used. Digital products cannot be refunded.
